First we analyse the status quo, if need be by assessments. In the intercultural field we use the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) developed by Milton Bennett for individuals or groups. IDI is a tool by which intercultural competence can be measured. Other assessments are performed in cooperation with the institutions or specialists best suited for the case at hand.
Based on the findings, we develop tailor-made solutions and support you in implementing them.
